Electronic Notaries: Electronic notaries may charge $15 for each notarial act listed above.
A notary may also charge a fee for traveling to perform a notarial act. The notary and signer must agree to the travel reimbursement in advance. The travel fee may be based on actual mileage at the federal mileage rate.
